I’m HAL, and I’m a chemist and self-taught artist based in southeastern Pennsylvania with his head permanently in the clouds.

The act of creation has been integral to my life as far back as I can remember, and getting lost in a drawing is when I feel most myself.

I love primary colors, retro-futurism, espresso, electronic music, horror, and science fiction, among many other things!

I have worked on local film posters, several zines, and of course, many elaborate personal projects.
